The TerraScrub Tube is a professional replacement drain hose and suction tube for commercial floor scrubbers. Manufactured from durable EVA corrugated material, these hoses are designed to handle the daily rigors of water transfer, chemical exposure, and repeated bending without cracking or collapsing.
Each tube features pre-molded universal connectors at both ends — one end connects to the squeegee recovery assembly or the water tank, while the other end connects to the machine body or drain port. The corrugated design allows the hose to bend around tight corners and through narrow machine compartments without kinking or restricting water flow.
Available in multiple lengths and connector configurations to match walk-behind and ride-on scrubber models. Whether you need a short drain hose for compact walk-behind units or a longer suction tube for large ride-on machines, the TerraScrub Tube provides a reliable, leak-free connection.
Key Features & Benefits
Durable Corrugated EVA Construction — Manufactured from high-quality EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) material with a corrugated wall structure. Resists cracking, kinking, and collapsing under repeated bending and vacuum pressure. Rated for continuous use in commercial cleaning environments.
Universal Connector Design — Pre-molded connectors at both ends fit standard squeegee assemblies, water tanks, and drain ports on most commercial floor scrubbers. Push-fit or clamp-on installation — no tools needed for most models.
Multiple Lengths & Configurations — Available in standard lengths from 400 mm to 1,200 mm with straight, angled, and elbow connector options. Custom lengths and connector types available for OEM and bulk orders.
Chemical Resistant — EVA material resists common cleaning chemicals, detergents, and mild acids used in floor cleaning solutions. Suitable for both freshwater and recovery water transfer applications.
Wide Temperature Range — Operates reliably from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F), making it suitable for cold storage facilities, outdoor cleaning, and standard indoor environments.
When to Replace Your Hose
A cracked or leaking drain hose is one of the most common causes of water spillage during floor scrubber operation. Here are the signs your hose needs replacement:
- Visible cracks, splits, or holes in the hose wall
- Water leaking from connector joints or the hose body during operation
- The hose has collapsed or flattened sections that restrict water flow
- Reduced suction power at the squeegee, indicating an air leak in the hose
- The hose has become stiff and brittle, cracking when bent
Under normal commercial use, a drain hose lasts about 12-18 months. Hoses exposed to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or heavy debris may need replacement every 6-9 months. We recommend inspecting hoses monthly as part of your machine maintenance routine.
