The TerraScrub BA860 is a fully automatic walk-behind floor scrubber that takes the effort out of heavy-duty cleaning. It is equipped with two brush discs, a self-propelling traction system, and dual motors — one for each brush — so the machine does the work instead of the operator. It covers 4,200 square metres per hour with an 860mm cleaning width, making it the right choice for large warehouses, industrial plants, and distribution centers that need to clean 10,000 m² or more in a single shift.
Unlike smaller hand-push models where the operator provides the forward motion, the BA860 has a 500W traction motor that drives the machine forward at a consistent speed. The operator just steers. This matters when you are pushing 300 kg of machine across a warehouse floor for four hours straight. The self-propelling system turns a physically demanding job into a manageable one.
Two variants are available. The BA860BT has an 860mm cleaning width and 4,200 m²/h efficiency for the largest facilities. The BA660BT scales the same design down to a 660mm width and 3,600 m²/h for medium-sized spaces that still need the dual-brush and self-propelling features but do not have the floor area to justify the full 860mm model. Both share the same 95L clean water tank, 105L recovery tank, and 200Ah battery.

The 105L recovery tank has a wide opening so you can see inside and clean it properly after each shift. No narrow necks that trap debris or make rinsing difficult. A maintenance supervisor in Georgia told us this design cut his tank cleaning time from 15 minutes to under 5.
Adjustable Squeegee Rubber Edges with Flexible Direct Wheel
The squeegee rubber edges, inclination angle, and pressure are all adjustable. A flexible direct wheel supports the squeegee assembly, keeping it stable at different speeds and on uneven floors. This means better water pickup and fewer streaks left behind on rough concrete surfaces.
Self-Propelling Function — No Pushing Required
The 500W traction motor drives the machine forward automatically. The operator steers and controls the speed, but the machine does the heavy pushing. At 300 kg, this machine would be exhausting to operate without self-propelling. With it, one operator can clean for a full shift without the muscle fatigue that comes from pushing a heavy scrubber manually.
Auto Brush Lift & Triangle Buckle Mount
The dual brush discs use a self-developed triangular buckle design that lifts and lowers automatically. Each brush disc has its own 560W motor, so both spin at full power regardless of floor resistance. Swapping brushes takes less than two minutes per disc, and you do not need any tools. The same mount fits multiple brush types for different floor surfaces.
All-in-One Design — Easy to Disassemble and Repair
All components are built into an integrated frame that can be disassembled, repaired, and maintained without specialized tools. When a motor or pump needs replacement, the modular design means you can swap the part rather than sending the whole machine to a service center. This keeps downtime and repair costs under control.
200Ah Maintenance-Free Battery
The BA860 runs on a 24V/200Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery — double the capacity of standard 100Ah units. This provides 5-6 hours of continuous operation, which at 4,200 m²/h covers roughly 21,000-25,000 m² on a single charge. The battery is fully sealed — no water level checks or acid maintenance needed.
BA860BT — 860mm Wide, Maximum Coverage
The full-size model with an 860mm cleaning width and 4,200 m²/h efficiency. Dual 560W brush motors, 500W traction motor, 95L/105L tanks. Weighs 300 kg. Best for large warehouses, industrial plants, distribution centers, and any facility cleaning 10,000+ m² per shift.
BA660BT — 660mm Wide, Medium Coverage
A scaled-down version with a 660mm cleaning width and 3,600 m²/h efficiency. Same dual-brush design, same self-propelling system, same 95L/105L tanks. Weighs 295 kg. Best for medium-sized facilities that need the dual-brush and self-propelling features but do not have the floor space or doorway width for the 860mm model.
