The TerraScrub BA680 is a battery-powered walk-behind floor scrubber built for small and medium-sized commercial spaces. It covers 2,200 square metres per hour with a 530mm brush path, which is enough for supermarkets, office buildings, warehouses, and retail stores that need reliable daily cleaning without the complexity of larger machines.
The BA680 is flexible to operate and easy to manoeuvre. It scrubs and dries in a single pass, so the floor is ready for foot traffic almost immediately. This matters in busy environments where closing off areas for long drying times is not practical.
Two variants are available. The BA680BT is a standard hand-push model — the operator provides the forward motion, which gives precise control around obstacles and tight corners. The BA690BT adds a 400W traction motor that drives the machine forward automatically, reducing operator fatigue on long cleaning runs and boosting efficiency to 2,400 m²/h. Both share the same 68L clean water tank and 70L recovery tank.
Heavier Aluminum Brush Cover — Easy to Clean
The brush cover is made from thicker aluminum alloy that is easier to wipe down and keep clean than plastic housings. It also resists warping from heat and impact, which means the cover stays flat and does not rattle after years of use.
Cast-Aluminum Water Recovery
The one-piece cast-aluminum water recovery assembly resists corrosion from cleaning chemicals and moisture better than plastic components. It holds up in daily commercial use, especially when you are running acidic or alkaline cleaners on industrial floors.
Auto Full-Tank Alert & Shutoff
When the 70L recovery tank reaches capacity, the machine pops up a warning and shuts off automatically. No overflow surprises, no water damage to the motor. Auto Brush Lift & Triangle Buckle Mount
The brush disc uses a self-developed triangular buckle design that lifts and lowers automatically. Swapping brushes takes less than two minutes, and you do not need any tools. The same mount works with multiple brush types so you can switch between soft and hard bristles depending on the floor.
Large-Capacity Tanks for Long-Term Cleaning
